Eugenio earned a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law with a specialization in Private International Law. His dissertation, “The Hardship Clause in International Contracts: A Comparative Analysis,” explored the complexities of contractual adaptability in cross-border transactions. During his studies, he served as the President of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) – Macerata section, where he honed his leadership, organizational, and public relations skills. This experience enriched his global perspective and complemented his strong academic foundation in international legal frameworks.

Erasmus Program – The University of Göttingen

2006-2007
As part of the EU LLP Erasmus Program, Eugenio spent 10 months at the Georg-August Universität Göttingen in Germany, where he deepened his knowledge of European Union law, private international law, and contract law from both English and American legal perspectives. Immersed in a German-speaking academic environment, he also perfected his German language skills, further enhancing his ability to navigate cross-border legal frameworks with a multilingual and international perspective.
